The Harris Suit Dismissed.

The suit recently begun by Henry O. and J. C. Harris, of the Rensselaer Bank, to be released from the bond of County Treasurer 8. R. Nichols, was dismissed at Mr. Harris’s request, last Saturday The bond will therefore remain as it is until the September term of court at least.
