The Securities In Chicago.

Attorneys Williams and Sellers report that they found the McCoy bank securities in good shape, on their visit to Chicago last Saturday. The Central Trust Company Bank of that city, hjlds the McCoy bank securities to the amount of $40,000, to secure a debt of a little less than $15,000. This $40,000 is all gilt edged paper, and probably the best there was in the McCoy bank. The Central Trust Co- people showed every disposition to do what was right, and no trouble is apprehended from them in reclaiming the securities after the $15,000 is paid. The Pence and Yokel suits that are pending in Chicago, and in which attachments have been filed against these securities, will not it is thought, be hard to dispose of.
