A Bar Meeting.

A meeting of the resident members of the Jasper county bar was 1 e’d at the court house, last Mon. evening, to pay due tribute to tae memory of their departed brother Charles E Mills. r

Short addresses were made by Hanley. J. J. Hunt, G. W. Williams, Jesse E. Wilson, H. B. Kurrie, C. G. Spitler, E. P. Honan, R W. Marshall, M- Leopold, A. Halleck, A H. Hopkins, F. A. Rcss and J. H. Chapman. The remarks all conveyed, in well chosen language the very high regard in which the deceased was held by all, for his many excellent and amiable qualities, as an attorney, and a citiz n.
