Pence Sues In Chicago.
Winfred Pence, of the Nelse Morris ranch, in his own name anc those of members of his family, has begun four suits in attachment in the Cook county circuit oonrt, against Alfred and T. J. McCoy; for sums aggregating $3277.43. J. W. Yokel begins a similar suit for S4CO. No particulars have been obtained of the purpose of these suits there, but probably Mr. Pence has learned of some property there belonging to the McCoys. Possibly some of the hypothecated securities of the failed bank.
