Western railroads refuse to furnish passes to live stock men. They say they cannot afford to give them something sot nothing. Cunningham & Seal, wool dealers of Philadelphia, filed a bill for a receiver for the Alryan Woolen Mills Company of Trenton, N. J. The liabilities are $190,000 and assets $75,000. Robert J.
