The supposed assets of the failed McCoy bink have suffered a pretty large reduction by the knowledge of the fact that the catHe did not belong to A. M iCoy and Com can y and thaU practically all of them have been shipped to Wood Brothers, of Cnicago who have claimed them. There were 310 head of oartle scheduled in the deed of assignment, and of these all but about 75 have been shipped.
The schedule attached tn the deed of assignment said nothing about any other parties owning these cattle or even having an in terest in them, but this the attorneys explain, was through an oversight The attorneys for the assignee also state that there is no question but that tie firm of Wood Brothers had a clear legal right to reclaim and ship the cattle: and without at-king the consent of the assignee, and which, v. e are informed, they did not do
