Call For Judicial Convention
Tlie Republican voters of Newton and Jasper counties will meet in precinct or towustiip primary convention in the different voting precincts or townships of said oouuties, at such time and places as the reepeciLe County Chairman of said couutiee shall indicate by published oail, for the purpose of selecting the delegates and alternate delegates to the Judicial oon veniion to be held at Brook, Indiana, ou May 4, 1904. The delegates and alternate do legates s * owosen will meet in Judicial ooveution at Brook, Indiana, on May 4h, 1904, at 2:00 o’clock p. tr. ti nominate a candidate for P oseouting Attorney for trie 30th Judioial District.
Each voting preoiuot or township in each of sain counties t) bo entitled to one delegate in said Judi cittl convention; tach delegate to be entitled to Cast such vote or votes in said convention as the whole number of votes oa9t by the respective preoinots or‘ townships for Hou Daniel Storms for Secretary of State at the November election, 1904, bears relation to onb hundred votes, that is to say, a delegate whose precinct oast one hundred votes for said Secretary of Btate in 19J2 will bs entitled to one vote in said convention, and a delegate whose preeinot or township oast fifty votea for said Secretary of State in 1902 will be entitled to five-tenths of a vote in said convention, and a delegate whose preeinot oast one hundred and forty votes for said Secretary of State will be entitled to one aud four-tenths votes in said convention, etc. Lawrence E.
