Each voting precinct or township in each of said ao.uaties ,ta be entitled to one delegate iu said Judi cial convention; eaoh delegate to b j entitled to cast snoh vote or totes in said convention as the whole number of votes oast by the respective precincts or townships for Hon Dauiet Storms for Seore tary of State at the November election, 1902, bears relation to one hundred votes, that is to say, a delegate whose precinct cast one hundred votes for said Secrt-tary of State in 1902 will be entitled to one vote jn said convention, and a delegate whose precindt or towm ship cast fifty votp» fbf sajd Secretary of State in 1902 will be entitled to five-tenths of a vote in said, convention, and a delegate whosepreoinot Oast one hundred and forty votes for paid Secretary of State will be entitled to one aud four-tenths votes in said convention, etc. LAVV&EttCte E.
