NOTICE. To The Citizens of Rensselaer. My attention has been called to the faot that there is a report in circulation to the effect that I am the owner and proprietor of the pool room next door to my saloon, and that the same is headquarters for minors; also that there la an opening leading from the pool room into my saloon and that I am doiug Sunday business. And that I have had nothing to do with the pool ropm sinoe my saloon license was granted to me on the 17ih day of September, 1903. On that day I sold the pool tables, cues, cigar case, and everything belonging to to said room to Jake and John Garling of Rensselaer for $297.50 and received in payment therefor cash SSO 00 and two notes for $123.75 eaoh, and took a ohattle mortgage on the tables and fixtures for the amount of the two notes, whioh is $247 50, to secure the payment of said notes whioh fell due as follows: One note due in 5 months and the other note due in 1 year from
