The widely notice that Delphi was to introduce a new method of eleoting municipal officers and to keep the eleotion free from all political semblance allowing a oommitte to name the candidates and have but one ticket in the field, is all gone before the winds. Discontent at not having a fair show at receiving nominations was oreated and now the program is ohanged to two tioket by the citizens, there being representatives from each of the old line parties on both, and the proapeot is ripe for a hotly contested atrnggle for the majority of votes to be cast
