Will Not Be Elected This Year.

Justices of the peace and constables do not have to be nominated nnd elected at the election held in November, 1904. Section 0290 Burns’ revised statutes, 1901, provides that justice of the peace and constables shad be elected in Novemlier, 1894. and every four years then-aitor. This statute requires that these- officere sh-ll be elected in 1894,1898,1902.1906, and so on the election occurring in four year periods.
