Judy Wants Change of Venue.
•John F. Judy, of Lafayette, the wealthy publisher, stock dealer and a little of everything else, whose trial on the charge of grand larceny attracted such general attention and resulted in a hung jury some months ago, has hied affidavits in the circuit court for a change of venue in the cases still pending against him. He alleges that it is impossible for him to obtain a fair and impartial trial in Tippecanoe oonnty, owing to the prejudice against him in the county and city of Lafayette.
