Contract Signed to Go to Wabash By July Ist. The probable lose of Rensselaer’s only manufacturing establishment is now a settled and irrevocable fact. They receive from the people of Wabash $3,000 in cash, to be paid to them at the rate of SSOO in bonus to every $4,000 they pay ont to their men in wages.
