Tabor’s Time of Tribulation.

Kentland Enterprise. About the most “tried” man in the county is Henry Tabor, the Roselawn saloon keeper. Several cases against Tabor were passed over from the last term, and the recent grand jury returned a few more troublesome indictments. One case was called Monday and dismissed. Another case, this time for running a gambling house, was tried Tuesday and given to the jury at noon. After wrestling all afternoon with the evidence they failed to agree, and that case, along with the five or six others will be passed along with the latter part of the term, or until May.
