Notice of Assessment. Garrison Ditch. Notice is hereby given that the assessment sheet on the ditch petitioned for by Tirza A. Garrison et al in Jasper County has been prepared, showing the amount due on each several tract or parcel of land assessed for the location and construction of said ditch. The Board of Commissioners of Jasper County have fixed upon the 30th Day of June 1904 as the time by which all persons desiring to do so may pay assessments made for the costs of construction and other expenses of said ditch against lands benefitted thereby. And all persons so desiring to pay such assessments pnd have the lands assessed discharged and released from the leip of such assessments, may pay the full amount due on or before said 30th day of June 1904 pt the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, in Rensselaer, Indiana and such payment snail operate as a discharge from all liability for such assessments.
