Call for State and Congressional Conventions.

To the Fepublican Voters of Jasper County: The Republican voters of Jasper County will meet in district conventions, on Saturday April 2nd, 1904, at two o’cl >ck P. M-, tor the purp' se of electing delegates and alternate delegates to the District Convention to be held at LaPorte, Indiana, on April 5 b, 1904, and also for the purpose of electing delegatee and alternate delegatee to the State Convention to be held at Indianapolis. Indiana, on April 26ih and 27th, 1904: The delegates and alternate delegates chosen to the District Convention will meet in District Con vention at LaPorte, Indiana on April sth, 1904, at two o’clock p m - , t transact the following business. First. To nominate a candidate” for Uougrtsa; Second. Io" select two delegates and two alternate delegates to the National Convention. Third. To nominate a Candidate for Elector to represent the Tenth District on the National Ticket; The delegatesand alternate delegates chosen to the State Convention will meet in State Convention at Indianapolis, Indiana, on April 26th and 27th, 1904, to transact the following business; First. To select four delegates and four alternate delegates at large; Second To select two Electors at large; Thiid- To nominate candidates for the various State offices.
