EDITORIAL COMMENT.
Mr. Bryan seems still to have an opinion of the sage of PrincetonHe says that Grover Cleveland would not vote for a candidate running on the ten commandments if that candidate had not previously mortgaged himself to Wall street. And this seems to be a fair indication of toe way the two fractions of the Democratic party «re getting together. If somebody would send the Democratic party a oaten iar and mark on it not merely the weak and the month and the year, bu» also the century, and if he would open the eyes of these leaders to the fact that they are living in this century, he would be doing the party on the whole a greater ser vice than any of the leaders seem to be capable of at thia ttage of proceedings
