Wei-Hai-Wei —On north coast of Shantung province, China. Leased from China by Great Britain. Wiju—Near mouth of the Yalu in northeast Korea. A railway line was to have been built from Wiju to Seoul. Wonsan—(Gensan, Yuensan) —Treaty port on northeast coast of Korea with a good harbor. Population 20.000, with considerable Japanese settlement.
