RUSSIA MAKES THREAT.

China Warned to Keep Her Soldiers Within the Great Wall. The correspondent of the London Standard in Tien-tsin says: M. Lessar, the Russian minister iu Pekin, has renewed his protest against the dispatch of Chinese forces beyond the great wall. He requests their withdrawal and intimates that otherwise Russia will be compelled to assume that China is abandoning her neutrality in favor of Japan.

M. Lessar renews Ids threat thitt on the slightest movement on the part of China Russia will march troops to Pekin. It is understood the Chinese , government has refused to recall the soldiers.
