Tbe December number of the Indiana Bulletin of Charities and Correction issued by the board of state obanties oontarns data compiled from the reports made to the board by the thirteen state obaritable and oorreotional institutions. It shows that for the year ending October 31, 1903, the operating expenses of these institutions amounted to $1,425,752.69, or $43,355 50 more than for the preceding year.
