Bad a Whole Lot

A newdivoroa case just filed in the circuit court is that of Sarah L. MoCune vs Robert MoOuue. Judging from the allegations in the complaint, the plaintiff has grounds enough for half a dozen divorces, if she could use that many in her business. They were married-Oot, 22nd, 1886 and he abandoned her Aug. 19, 1903 and has lived apart ever since. Besides this abandonment she oharges that be has been a habitual drunkard for ten years; and for more than five years has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment, in oursing and swearing at her, falsely impugning her chastity and knowing it to be false, calling her all kinds of vile and abusive names, before their children and visitors. Also for five years he has failed to provide for her, though able to do so, and even taking the money she earned by keepiag boarders and working out, to spend for liquor. She asks also for the oustody of their four ohildren, ranging in age from five to 15 years. The plaintiff lives in Wheattield township. The defendant is a nonresident of the state, and is sup posed to be in Illinois,
