More Engines For Monon.

In the near future the motive power of the Monon is to br greatly augmented. In the past few years the company bas added about twenty first-olass looomo tives to its equipment, bnt still the business of the road has increased at snob a rapid rate that several weeks ago the Monon was compelled to borrow engines from another road. There is seemingly no end to the volume of freight that the road is oalled upon to handle. Four new engines from the Brooks woru.s will arrive about April 1 and will be plaoed in service palling their freignt between Lafayette and Haoßnond. They are of the consolidated type and are powerful engines.
