To File Friendly Suit.

A friendly suit will r be brought at Indianapolis and taken to the Supreme court to determine whether or not a child may be kept from school beoause it is not vacoinated. The truancy law provides that all healthy children between the ages of 7 and 14 years must go to school, but another law also provides that a Board of Health has the power to adopt a rule that all children must be vaccinated before they go to sobool. Throughout the entire state there have been many bitter controversies on this point.
