Felix Parker has movid here from Pleasant Ridge and is living on the old Baabard farm near Pem brook. Mrs. Peter Zia was called lo Lafayette last Friday on account of the severe sickness of her sister Mrs Severson, but she is reported to be improving. The 8 months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Fuller has been very sick with pneumonia, but is now improving. Born Thursday Feb 25th, to Ed Kessler and wife, a 5 pound girl. Mother and child doing well. The M. E. Aid Society will give a general and oyster supper at the School House on Saturday evening, March 19tb. Everybody irvited. Quarterly meeting will be held at theM E churoh on Saturday evening aid Sunday morning March 12 and 13. Elder Wood will be prisent and will be assisted by Rev. Rummel at both meetings. Everybody invited. Mrs. Guy Jeuning and Miss Paire Jenning, of Brookston, were here last Sunday to see their aunt Mrs. Cottingham, who is still oonfined to her bed, but is improving. J. The cause of her death was old age. Mrs. Miles Moffitt went to Wheatfleld lpst Tuesday to visit her sister, Mrs. Wm. Meyers, for a few days. Grus Muadon and wife are visiting their eon John and wife at Momenoe, 111., this week.

J Nelson, of oame here Tuesday w to nurse ner daughter, Mrs. Oottiogham, whose siokness with her left limb has previously been mentioned, Clint Gundy stopped off at Rensselaer Tuesday evening to witness the play entitled ‘-The Missouri Girl,” while enroute to Kentland, where he has aooepted a position. Mrs. John Cisey and daughter Mrs. Oa'viu Burroughs, attended the funeral of Mrs. Casey’s mother at Rensselaer, last Tut sday.
