Application for License. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of tha town of Fair Oaks and of Union township, Jasper County, Indiana, that the undersigned Charles A. Gandy, a male inhabitant of the ► tate of Indiana, over the age of twenty-onq years, of good moral character, and a man not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and who has been a continuous resident of said town and township for more than ninety days last past and who is in respect to all legal requirements and qualifications, a fit and proper person to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating , liquors and who is and will be the actual owner and proprietor of said bn-inessif license he granted him, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper at their April term commencing April 3, 1904, for d license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in less quantities than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing the satretobe drank oa the premises where sold and bartered. That the said described bar room is separate from any other bus mess of any kind and has no devices for amusement or music of any kind or character and there are no partitions or partition therein. That the said bar room can be securely locked and admission thereto at all times prevented and is so arranged with glass windows that the whole of said room may be viewed from the street Haid license will be asked for a period of one year from the date of expiration of the license now held by this applicant and the applicant will also as for the privilege of selling tobaccos and oigars in connection with said retail liquor business.
