The allegations made by the defendant in his oross-oomplaint were not aostained by the evidenoe, the tenor of which seemed to leave a olear character on her part. The judge therefore decided in her favor, and against the defendant on his oross-oomplaint In the matter of alimony he gave her $2,500 to be paid in five annual payments of SSOO each. Her original claim for alimony was based on the supposition that his property was worth $12,000.
