Thursday Morning’s Fire.

Tbe firp alarm sounded Thursday morning, at 7 o’olock, on aooount of a blaze in tbe roof and attio of Mrs. Margaret Robinson’s hcuse, just outside the corporation on the east and next to her sou Warren Robinson's place. The out and bad got the fire ont before the fire company arrived. Quite a hole was burned in the roof, the damage being perhaps $35 or S4O. An ! nnlnoky incident of the affair was that Mat Moosemiller, a neighboring boy, son of John I Moosemiller, slipped off the icy roof and fell clear to the ground, a distance of 25 or 30 feet. He was pretty badly jarred, and had one wrist severely sprained, He alighted on his feet, or no doubt would have been pretty badly hurt.
