LEGAL NOTICES. Notice oi Assessments MOFFITT DITCH. Notice is hereby given, that the assessment sheet on the ditch petitioned for by Seth B. Moffitt et at, in Jasper and Newton Counties, has been prepared, showing the amount due on each several tract or parcel of land assessed for the location and construction of said ditch The Hoard of Commissioners of Jasper County have fixed upon the Ist day of June 1904 as the time by which all persons desiring to do so may pa.v assessments made for the costs of construction and other expenses of said ditch against lands benefltted thereby. And all persons ho desiring to pay such assess ments and have the lands assessed discharged and released from th*- lion of such assessments, may pay the full amount due on or hefore said Ist day of June 1904, at the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, in Rensselaer, ind , and such payment shall operate as a discharge from all liability for such assessments.
