Herbert Eib, of Gardner, 111., has for the past two weeks been visiting at the home of his father, Miss Mary Isleman is staying at Mr. Louie Hollingsworth's in Rensselaer. Noble Mould’s will soon move to their home lately vacated by Mr. Eibs, who have lived there for the past eight years and have now gone to the Rob. Raudle farm. Listen for the wedding bells, for they will snrely ring in the Osborne neighborhood this week. Protracted meetings will begin at Parker Thursday evening of this week. Miss Carrie Parker who has been staying With Mrs. Spriggs in Rensselaer, spent a few days at home with her parents lately. Sam Parker has moved to the farm where Eid Randle has lived for several years. Mrs. Annie Warner is threatened with lung trouble again this spring. The three Republican candidates for trustee for Hanging Grove have been doing some lively electioneering lately. Frauk Peregrine and some others got up a surprise "party?” wbioh was given in the Parker school neighborhood last Monday night. By announcing it would be a party and not a danoe several, people were induced to go who never attend dances. A part of the crowd were very agreeably entertained by a violin duet wbirsh was prolonged until midnight.
