[n October of last year a meeting was held at Purdue of the State Workers of Farmers Inst tutes, and this new organization was adopted. At our last institute in this oounty a committee was appointed to investigate the constitution and by-laws, and ihey havereported favorable. Any one over sixteen j ears of age oan beoome a member upon paying an annual membership fee of Dot less than twenty-five cents. This fund is to supplement the State fnnd, and the larger this supplements fund the more good oan be accomplished in this oounty. The fee need not be paid until the next annual meeting. Cards will be issued by the Se retary and apon application. We should like a mem-ber-hip of two hundred iu this oounty. The Constitution provides that the President appoint m each townsuip a resident farmer as Vice-President. These several Vice-Presidents shall constitute the exeoutive committee and solicitors to members, and, the following have been appointed by thj chairman and oommitee; Sec. Mrs. Ed Parkison, R R-l.
