Among the traveling salesmen, of whom there are a larg* number on tbe road at tbe present time, ah is usually the case at this aeason of the year, the bicycle salesman are receiving the most attention, cs nearly everyone who is interested in cycling is anxious to know the biovie situation for next year

"The wheels in 1904 will be the name as they were last, year,” said a traveling salesman, "but aome of tbe factories have made slight changes io the line of improvements. These changes will make no material difference in tbe looks of the wheels and I don’ L now as many of them will offe any advantages to tbe riders.”
