Dead In Her Chair.
Mrs. Marian Phelps, aeed 80 years • and three months,, died suddenly and alone, at her home in Remington, some time last Wednesday morning. She lived by herself, does to the home of. her son, J >hn W. Phelps. In the morning his little girl went to take her grandmothqr some milk, but found the door fastened. and could get no answer to khooks and calls. Mr JPhelpe then made his way into thp house and found bis mother sitting by the base-burner in a natural position, but when he a,p proaohed her, be found she wan dead. The oause of her death was supposed to be heart disease. Her expression indicated that death came suddently, without any pain. She was the widow of Henry Phelps, who died about ten years ago. The funeral was held Thursday, at the Remington Presbyterian church.
