Friday Judge Hanley granted a divorce to Mis. Pbebe Marsh, from Daniel Marsh. The grounds were abandonement. It was in evidence that the huabaud has has been away for five years, and his whereabouts are unknown. The wife was granted the custody of her two children. She lives in Barkley township.
