Rev. William E Hinshaw, the preacher convict, returned Saturday to the confines of the prison north. Governor Durbin refused the request of his friends to extend his S'xty-day parole. The pa'ole was granted by Governor Durbin at the request of Hinshaw’s friends, who haze always bel eved him innocent His aged mother was dying at her farm home at Show Hill, six miles from Winchester The governor says if anything more is done for Hinshaw, the Board of Pardons must first consider his case.
