A Big Tile Ditch.

Auditor Leatherman let the contract for the construction of the Burns ditch, in Barkley Tp, Friday. It was let to W L Lewis, of Union Tp., who was the only bidder. The contract price was $4931 27, which was also the {iewers estimate. The ditch is to e 16,300 feet long, or practically three miles, and to be a covered tile ditch its entire length. It will when finished, be the largest tile ditch in Jasper county.
