Grand Army Men Dying.

Because of the posts that have been disbanded lately in the Grand Army of the Republic a movement is on foot among the officers to get the members of the disbanded posts, as well as new members, intp the more lasting posts. Each post in the state is attempting to see how large an increase in the membership may be accomplished before the department encampment this year, which meets at Winona. The Henry Chipman Post, of Warsaw, a few months ago, with an enrollment of 35 began such a fight for new members that it now has 115 men in its ranks The annual report of Adjutant General Neely will -show during the year a large number of disbanded posts in the Grand Army of the Republic. The report will also show that the death rate has been abnormally high.
