A Sunday Morning Marriage.
The marriage of Mr. ClintoE Brown, of Barkley Tp., and’JMise Bertha Hammond, of Rensselaer took place Sunday, Jan. 17th, 1904 at the residence of the bride’s father, Steward C. Hammond, on South Cullen street. It was a very quiet affair, attended only by a few relatives and friends of the contracting parties. The ceremony was preformed by Rev, Joe» A. Cochran, pastor of the W.r Baptist church. The groom is the son of Wm R. Brown, of near Pleasant Grove, and is 33 yeare? old. His bride is six years youugei. Immediately after the ceremony they drove to their future home in Barkley Tp.
