The County is Organized.

Comity Convention is Called For Mon= day March 21st Primaries for March 19th. The newly elected Republican aounty committee met last Saturday afternoon, in the east court room, to complete their organization. The following officers were elected. County chairman, and member of district committee; .George A. Williams. Vice Chairman, James H. S. HU is. Secretary, Moses Leopold. Treasurer, Walter Porter. The time for holding the county eonvention was set for Monday, March 21st. The primaries to be elected on the Saturday previous, March 19. The basis of representation is one delegate for ever 10 Republican votes, or fraction of 10 of 6 or more. All the townships were represented at the meeting except Milroy, Gillam and Kankakee.
