Marriages, Divorces and other Matters.

County Clerk Major has made up his statistical report for 1903 It shows among other facts that 121 marriage licenses were issued during the year, and also that 10 divorces were granted. This gives a ratio of one divorce to twelve marriages, which is not such a very inordinate number of divorces. nor nearly so large a proportion to marriages as exist in many counties. Of the divorces, eight were issued to the wife and two to the husband Nine persons were declared in sane during the year. Only two ’oreigners were naturalized.
