Mrs. Mary M. Arnold, of Bark-, ley Tp., has fi't d another suit fun a divorce from" her busbar d Quristopber F. Arnold She began a previous similar suit against him in May, 1901, but afterward dismissed it, on promise of the defendant to reform. Tbey were married Dec, 6 1888 and separated the last time Dec. 24, 1903. She alleges habitual drunkenness and cruel treatment as the grounds. She cites many alleged acts of cruelty to support the latter gronnds. She alleges that the defendant has 13,500 worth of personal property and f° worth of real-estate, and aaae for alimony of 16000 and the expenses of the suit and attorney’s fee. They have no children.
