The Corn Crop

It was generally believed that the present year was Indiana's best season for corn, but State Statistician Johnson says the crop was not as large as that of last year, basing bis opinion to this effect on reports received from the several counties. The average this year will be 35 bushels to the acre. Last year it was 44 bushels. Benton county raised the most corn this year and Tippeoanoe county is the next highest on the list.
