Dr. I. Washburn’s will has been filed for probate. It is very brief and wills to bis wife. Mrs. Martha A. Washburn all bis property* both real and personal. It was made Jan. 25th 1892. or nearly 12 years ago. The witnesses were, David J. Thompson,mow deceased, and Chaß. G Spitler. Letters of administration have been issued to both sons, Warren W. and Dr. Ira M. Washburn. 2, 25 bbls of 300 lb each, of fancy candies from 5o to 10a. Best cream chocolate and oream goods only 10c a lb at John Eger’s.
