Kelley of Chioago, a colored mail clerk who seems inolined to get Siok about holiday times when the mails become overly large Mr. K'plinger has not only been doing the sick man’s work but his own as well. He was on the midnight train Saturday evening, whioh was so belated on the account of the storm and says they did not reach Louisville until 5:20 Sunday night, just 10 hoars late.
