Only two wee&s till Christmas. Fair Oaks shoppers were numerous at the county seat last Monday. Jack Kight and Bruce Moifitt amended the Fat Stook Show at Chicago last week. Jennie McConnell visited relatives at Brookston a few days last week. -Ethel Arnold is visiting her brother Elmer and family at Goodland and f her sister Mrs C ras. , Holly, at Moroooo, until after Christmas. Postmaster Thompson attended the G. A. R. meeting and banquet at Rensselaer last Friday evening and reports a good time. P. W. Nejson moved his familj and household goods to Brookston one day last week and began his duty as Station Agent the following day. Agent Wasser occupies the house vacated bv Mr. Nelson here.
