Coldest In Eleven Years.
The Indiana state monthly meteorological summary of the weather bureau for November shows that the average temperatore for the month, 38, was lower than it had been for any Novemi ber since 1892, when it was the •tone. The mean temperature for November for the last thirty-three years tfas 41. The accumulated deficiency in temperature since January 1 was 78 degrees. The general direction of the wind was south, and the maximum velocity of the wind was forty-pne miles an hour, from the sonthwest, on the 11th. The average precipiiation for the month was 1.67 inches. The average precipitation for the last thirty-three Novembers was 3.73 inches. The accumulated deficiency in precipitation since January 1 was 7.78 inches.
