Another Otis House Burned.
In Keener Tp., early Sunday morning, a good two story farm house, on one of the Charles Otis ranches, was destroyed by fire. It was occupied by Bert Hanaway and family, who escaped in their stocking feet, and saved scarcely any of their clothing and household effects. The fire is thought to have originated from a defective flue. ’ The house belonged to Chas. L. Otis, of Chicago. It is the second good house he has had burn in the last two years.
