Fair Oaks Rural Route.

Aooording to. a i vices from Washington a rural route will start from Pair Oaks on Jan. Ist. It runs south from that town, several miles and then west over into Newton connty, after which it goes north again until considerably north of Fair Oaks. It then turns east again into Jasper oouhty and returns to Pair Caks from the north.
