Frankfprt has just completed a new $40,000 opera house, up to date in every particular. About such a building in fact as Rensse'aer had in sight two years ago, but which faded long before it flowered. And having an up-to-opera house they are now looking about for a manager of proper capacity to take charge of its management. Such a man as Mayor James B. S.
