And Still Another New Divorce Case.

And still another suit for divorce has been filed in the circuit court since the beginning of the present term. The plaintiff in this case is Mrs. Phebe Marsh and the defend ant Daniel Marsh. She lives in Barkley Tp., but the present tion of the defendant is uncertain. When last heard from was in Fountain county. They were married “on or aboutuntil “on or about” Mar. Ist 1899, when the defendant is alleged to have wholly abandoned the plaintiff, without Ciuse, and to have remained apart from her ever since, They have two girls, 9 and 6 years old, respectively and of these she asks the custody.
