Hunter an d Judy Both Free.

Judy of Judyville and his man Hunter, are both free from their troubles in the criminal courts at Lafayette, Hunter, it will be remembered, got a penitentiary sentence for his connection with, a deal whereby Ha Clark’s Hill man was alleged to have been chiseled out of a livery stable stock. Judy was indicted on the charge of connection with the same deal. Hunter was given a new trial, on affidavit of the principal witness that he had sworn falsely at the first trial Both cases have been pending a long time and now both have been nolle prossed by the prosecuting attorney, on the alleged grounds that he could not try the case* at the time set by the court.
